I don't usually log the meals I don't test before or after here, because I keep a full daily log at myfitnesspal, but since this is the first full day off I've been doing this, I thought I should commment.

Exercise: 16 minutes on bike (slow), 125 calories

Snack: Slim with peanut butter, sliced strawberries
Exercise: 9 minutes on bike (knee was hurting).

Note: Lunch/dinner this day was a Kentucky Bourbon burger and fries from Spangles. Prior to that, I had a snack of a few baby carrots, a baby bel cheese and two fajita-slice-sized pieces of grilled chicken.

Fasting glucose: 92 (after 15 hours, which is an abnormally long fasting time).

Meal: 1/3 lb cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard mayo; Braum's small fries.

Here's the deal: Supposed to check my gluclose 3x per week. Once in the morning, once after a meal, once before bed. Easiest way to do this is as a MWF thing. So, Wednesday would typically just be the meal, but I'd been fasting in anticipation of a blood test at doctor's appointment. That didn't happen but I didn't want to waste perfectly good fast.
