Breakfast: 1 medium banana, 1 Tbsp. Jif peanut butter
Notes: Was weird day: IDK if I didn't sleep well (weird dreams) but I didn't get up until 11:40, ate my banana, checked a few emails and conked out on the couch until after 4.
2 hours after lunch: 113
Lunch: Turkey burger on slim with onion, spinach, shredded colby jack, baby carrots w/ranch
1 hour after snack: 95
Snack: Hard-boiled egg
2 hours after dinner, 1 hour after exercise: 126
Dinner: Taco John's small super nacho
Exercise: 31 minute walk (1.25 miles)
