Meal: 1 egg scrambled with spinach, red bell pepper, baby bella mushroom, red onion, tomato, cheese
Exercise: 16 minutes on bike (slow), 125 calories
2 hours after last snack, ~45 min. after light exercise: 133
Snack: Slim with peanut butter, sliced strawberries
Exercise: 9 minutes on bike (knee was hurting).
Note: Lunch/dinner this day was a Kentucky Bourbon burger and fries from Spangles. Prior to that, I had a snack of a few baby carrots, a baby bel cheese and two fajita-slice-sized pieces of grilled chicken.
