Meal: Nestle chocolate drumstick.

Lunch: Tuna salad. Didn't test.
Exercise: 15 min. biking
Snack: baby carrots.

I don't usually log the meals I don't test before or after here, because I keep a full daily log at myfitnesspal, but since this is the first full day off I've been doing this, I thought I should commment.

2 hours after meal: 103
Meal: ~8oz chicken breast (grilled), 2.5 tbsp brown rice/quinoa, three or four broccoli florets with 1/2 tbsp ranch dressing.
